The PURS POC is Ms. Marcia Jensen, e-mail:

Ms. Jensen coordinates PURS training and software distribution.  PURS is
still in it's infancy. It should be on it's feet and running later 
this year.  Users are being trained, and are beginning to set up their
account information on thier PC's.

PURS is a PC software developed by ISEC EUROPE to handle Publications
ordering and account handling.

PURS also keeps track of your accounts (and sub-account's) publication
subscriptions to USAPPCE (Frankfurt, Germany) and USAPPC (Baltimore).

USAPPCE and USAPPC are geared up to accept this new data format.
