I have a particular need for a program like this (due to my impending
leave over Easter Break.) I am willing to write a program to handle
the above four requests (although I would write it as a csh script
for my .forward, not in Emacs Lisp) but I would like to see if anybody
else has a package that can handle this.
Currently, I have a mail sorter that would handle request #4 quite
neatly, and adding numbers 1-3 would be a piece of cake.

I think this should stay in comp.unix.wizards.
Cheers!
