validation teqniques for source level debbugers

GDB Hackers!

I have ported GNU's GDB to a specialized floating-point DSP microprocessor
environment which has been developed here at Analog Devices' DSP Division
called the ADSP-21000 (our answer to TI's C30 and Moto's 96xxx).

Does anyone out there have experiance, information or ideas concerning C
source level debugger validation?  If so, please contact:
