A FTP question and a desire for UUCP help!

I am not a UUCP guru, nor do I play one on TV, or even the net.
Below is the -x9 result of uucico to a VMS system supporting UUCP
here in Milwaukee. His system has no trouble with other UUCP'ers, just
me. I have no troubles with other systems, just his. (My guess it's
a problem on my end)
I have a '286 box running SCO Xenix, thus I need a solution which will
actually work with my system. (and one day I will have a '386)
So I appeal to the Xenix UUCP gurus out there......
(BTW, I'm not running HDB UUCP. All thoses nasty L.sys files.....)
My second question, what is the # (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx form please) of a
SCO archive site?
Please respond via e-mail, as the spool directory here overflows.
Onto the result of the uucico.....
