Development system upgrade info.

Thanks to all of you who responded to my request for information about the
migration path for the Xenix development system.  Here is a summary.

1. Development system release 2.3.0+lng085 is obsolete.

2. Development system release 2.3.1+lng244 is current level.

3. Development system release 2.3.1 is available for free from SCO.  Just
call, register your development system if you have never done that, and
request.

All this, of course, is for Xenix V/386.
