Is there name server MX support in MMDF SCO UNIX 3.2.2 ?

I have SCO MMDF and TCP/IP w/BIND installed.  nslookup claims everything works,
including retrieval of MX records.  I pulled the full doc for MMDF from the
uunet archive and configured everything by the book.  MMDF has no problem 
getting ip addresses from the name resolver, but complains with the following:

	user at host (BHST) Unknown host/domain name in "user at host"

when I send mail to a host with only an MX entry.  Has anybody out there got
this to work?  If it's not supported, what parts of MMDF do I have to rebuild?
