cron running on GMT?

I installed a new disk drive last weekend, and ever since then some of
my cron jobs have been running using GMT instead of EDT. I just noted my
8pm daily incremental dump running at 4pm, which is how I caught it.
I *think* it's just the jobs for root, even more interesting, but I
won't be sure until tomorrow morning. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
The job might also be running at the correct time, but I won't know that
until tomorrow, either.
There was a problem some years ago with things getting run twice, I
wonder if this has something to do with it.
