Have you tried wuarchive.wustl.edu? They are a huge archive site and
will probably take it. Also, I seem to remember that unix.oakland.edu
kept a few Xenix binaries. Perhaps they would be interested.
Don't give up. There a a lot of Xenix users out there who would like
X11R4 (including myself) but just don't have the resources or will
to compile it.
