Bill,
	It occurs to me that since your friend is interested in 386 as
opposed to 286 Xenix that the simplest solution would be to have them
pay a few hundred extra, buy VP/ix with Xenix386 and then he could run
whatever inexpensive DOS payroll packages he wanted.
