Coroutines in 'C', a question.

Can anyone come up with a description of the structure of jmp_buf,
sufficiently detailed to enable me to implement coroutines in 'C'
on UNIX. Preferable for the Xenix-286 'C' compiler for Xenix 286 3.5
on intel 310 boxes?
