Know of a "smart" UPS for PS/2 Model 80 running SCO XENIX 386?

A friend is looking for a smart UPS that would work well with a PS/2
model 80 running SCO Xenix 386.  He would like something that would
send a signal to Xenix that would do a graceful shutdown.
