I need a Makefile for Pcomm and Xenix 286 2.2.3

Ok, I give up.  I've tried about a dozen different things trying to get
Pcomm 1.1 working under Xenix 286, V2.2.3.  I get segmentation violations,
and (of course) core dumps.  

It's ceased to be an intellectual puzzle to me, so I'm really not up to 
describing all the things I've tried.  (I will admit that I've tried many
combinations of -O, -LARGE, -ltinfo, -ltermlib, -ltcap, various memory 
models....)  Indeed I'm *not* looking for advice from someone that hasn't
gotten it working, but who thinks they know some more things that I should
try. :-)

What I *would* like, is for someone to mail me a working Makefile.  That's
all, a working makefile for Pcomm 1.1 under Xenix 286 V2.2.3.
