I tried to mail this several times, but it kept bouncing. I'm sorry
for the posting, but I blame my ineptitude with the mailer. Although
the fact that I'm trying to mail this from New Zealand might have something
to do with it.
Anyway, this mail is to: Glenn Frantz, at Rabbit

Re: Rabbit Netcom II X.25 product
We have an immediate application for this product, and would be very
pleased to receive more information. Specific questions are:
1) Do you plan to implement CCITT X.400 mail?
2) Will you have a gateway to Internet or USEnet supported?
3) Can a PD BBS such as XBBS be adapted to operate with X.25?
4) If you do not at present have an agent for New Zealand who
has the experience necessary to support your product, would
you be interested in the possibility of a distributor?
5) File transfer protocols: can you support XMODEM, Kermit,
ZMODEM and UUCP?
6) Which bus speeds will the board operate at, e.g. > 12 MHz?
7) What is your best price for an evaluation sample, FOB
Wellington, New Zealand?
Our application is as follows: to establish a multi-node BBS which
may be accessed via the NZ Packet Switch network (X.25). The BBS should
support interactive conversations and editing (with word wrap). Do you
have any recommendations for appropriate software? Source code is almost
essential. The target system will be an Amstrad 386 computer, running
SCO Xenix/386.
