SCO 2.2.1 development system vs tcap.h

I installed the 2.2.1 dev sys, choosing termcap instead of termlib as my
default screen package, and now anything that ends up including tcap.h
gets a conflict with "HZ" on line 50 of tcap.h - because presumably
HZ is predefined elsewhere for the clock ticks!

Did SCO goof? What's the best solution? For now, I've backed up the tcap.h
file and removed the HZ attribute.
