PD C compiler for Xenix 386

I am looking for a PD C compiler system (binaries, include file, libraries, 
etc.) to run under 386 Xenix. I'm not really interested in the source code
to the compiler since it would take a compiler to compile it (otherwise known
as the chicken/egg or catch-22 syndrome). Is there any anonymous FTP site
with such a setup, or any other way for me to get ahold of C (w/o buying, I
hope ;-). Thanks in advance,
