termio/sgtty/ttold docs ?

In trying to port some BSD programs that deal with tty mode
settings, I have run in to a need to understand exactly
what the assorted ioctl, sgtty, termio, ttold... functions,
commands, settings, etc... are.

For particular example, what command does BSD's "TIOCLSET"
ioctl compare to under SCO Xenix 286 ?
