Help needed for wyse350

I've recently acquired a wyse350 terminal, but seem to have problems getting 
an actual termcap file that works.  is there anybody out there who could 
send me one, preferably tested with Informix and/or Smart.  I'm currently
using this terminal on a SCO Xenix 2.3 operating system if that information
helps.
