BSD script(1) for SCO XENIX 2.3.1.

I posted a SYSV implementation of the BSD utility script(1) to
comp.sources.misc.

It was implemented on a SCO XENIX 2.3.1 system using SCO's 2.3 pseudo.

It may work on other systems.
