I will be graduating with an M.S. in computer science
in May 1989. I am looking for a job in the field of Data-
base, Network & Data Communications or Software Development.
Before going on, I would like to mention one thing, I
am not a U.S. citizen. I hold an F1 visa, so if you don't

I completed M.S. in Applied Mathematics from Pakistan
and came to U.S.A. in 1986 and since then I am working on
my M.S. in Computer Science. I have worked with UNIX, VMS,
XENIX, MSDOS and CMS and have a valuable experience of
developing applications under these operating systems. I
have been working with UNIX Kernel and its device drivers
and have become a skilled C programmer. I have implemented
communication protocols and relational databases in C. With
my Mathematics background and skills in computer science, I
am sure that, I will be a great asset to your company.

and IP datagram service on vax running 4.3 BSD UNIX.
Worked on Device drivers for MicoVax 2000 running
ULTRIX. Developed class projects for operating system
classes which were related to modifying and analyzing the
Hard Disk Controller, Floppy Driver, and TTY Drivers for
MicoVax 2000.
Wrote a program to draw and display three dimensional
objects.
Developed a disassembler for Motorola's 68000 micro
processor.
Developed an interpreter for a language Small on IBM
370 using Assembler.
Installed and Managed SCO Xenix Operating System,
Development System, VP/ix for one year. Maintained UUCP
connections, and developed software in C.
One year Experience as Micro Computer Analyst. Managed
and Developed RBase, DBase3, DataFlex, Lotus, Pascal & C
application programs on IBM PCs (Dos, Xenix-386).
Build a network of 10 IBM PCs using Hayes modems and
Kermit.
Currently I am working on a research topic in software
engineering which is, to study the attitude of secretaries
at BGSU towards computers and specific software packages. I
am also working on project to develop a parser for a
language Mini, using Lex and Yacc on UNIX.
Two years as Research Assistant in Deptt. of Computer
Science at BGSU. Responsibilities were to grade students
course work and help with bugs in their computer programs.
