uuhosts for xenix?

Does anyone have a version of uuhosts that works with xenix 2.3.1?
Or does anyone know where such a version is available for
anonymous uucp?  (The version I have bombs out in a couple
of places, including in the awk section.  And I know nothing
about awk, so it will take me a long time to fix....)
