VERSANET-8AT problem...HELP

Howdy all.  I need a little help on a 8 port serial card that I purchesed.
I did get a great deal, but like all great deals there were a few flies on the
jam.

I have two basic problems with the card.

	1. What chip goes into U35? (empty hole here)  Board from MSdos world.
	2. How do you set up the intrupt chain on the jumpers?

This board is for a SCO Xenix 2.2.1 (286) system here in the house.
The board has 8250-B ports (dumb) but the processor is only a 10 mhz machine, 
So speed shouldn't be a problem.
