xbbs version 7.4.4

XBBS, version 7.44, is now available for downloading. This new version may not
be necessary for all sites. Basically, the only difference between 7.44 and
7.43 is the capability of listing the contents of ".zip" files. If you
do not have or allow such files to be downloaded, skip this version.
