pbmplus patches for Xenix 386

I tried out last night's new release on a Sys V machine, and it worked
just fine.  But this doesn't mean it will work on Xenix, since Sys V's
vary so much.  Anyway, try it out and if you run into problems please
send me mail with the specifics.
