Need Key Bindings f/ Uemacs

Would some kind soul out there be good enough to email me your .emacsrc file 
that has the keybindings to allow the arrow keys to work for cursor movement 
in Uemacs 3.9?  

I'm running SCO XENIX and wish to use the arrow keys on a Wyse 60, vt100,
and console (IBM/AT keyboard).  Thanks a much!
