XLISP and PERL on XENIX/286?! (help!)

Howdy!

I've been trying to get XLISP and PERL installed on
my XENIX/286 machine, but with little success. If anyone
has any experience (successful, that is ;-) with these
and could offer some advice, I would be *very* grateful.
