best memory for Xenix/286

I was wondering what people out in net.land think is the best amount of
memory on an AT to run Xenix/286. In fact what is the minimum? I realise that
Xenix will take advantage of whatever memory that you have but for a
small system (< 5 users on max) what do you think?
