Anyone know what became of site 'sir-alan' ???

Hi,

Does anyone know what became of the site 'sir-alan' that used
to be in Pennsylvania (Meadeville to be exact) at some school up
there.  It was run by Mike Squires (you there Mike) and had
quite a respectable anon uucp archive.

I am sure at its disappearance Mike posted some explanation (or maybe
not), but if he did, I missed it.

Any information will be greatly appreciated.  No need to followup
here, just email.  Thanks.
