wd1007 docs needed

I have 2 Western Digital 1007 cards here and am having a problem with one
of them.  I'd like to get a copy of the docs (I have NO idea what I did
with mine) for the controller to make sure my configuration is OK.  

The problem I'm getting is this:  When I format a floppy, things appear
to go OK, but when I try to read/write from it, boom -- NOTHING.  I get
tape write/read errors.  

I thought it might be a floppy cable, but the cable and drive work on the
other wd1007.  I figure it's probably the floppy controller on the wd1007
however I'd just as soon not give it up for repair without a replacement.

Any help (docs, or prices on buying another wd1007) is appreciated.
