Device drivers

Can anyone point me to device drivers for a 1.44 MB, 3.5" disk drive and a
VGA monitor for SCO Xenix 286 v2.2.1?

I have a few applications I need to install, but they're on 1.44 MB disks and
I can't get them in a different format.
