SCO UNIX 3.2 an CO

Hy,
I have a problem on SCO UNIX 3.2. When I want to build a new kernal I
get a error:
	warning co-prozessor not from emulator cs = 0x00000017
I have no co and in the setup it is disabled.

Who can help me
