Inodes Thanks

I'd like to thank everyone who sent feedback regarding expanding inodes
on a filesystem.

Unfortunately, I did finally find that one-sentance statement in the
XENIX manual about the limit of inodes on a filesystem. With a 700mb
drive, it seems foolish, but that's life.
