There is no centralized list of sites on Usenet.  Your best bet is
trying to reach Lauren Weinstein Lauren at RAND-UNIX.ARPA.  I couldn't tell
you how to reach him via usenet.  My mailer won't handle your supplied
address so the rest of the net gets to see this too.  Lauren was talking
about this (UUCP mapping and site registry) at the USENIX meeting at
Salt Lake City last week
