IEEE Floating Point on a VAX

Does anyone out there know of a package that realizes IEEE standard floating 
point arithmetic on a VAX?  It doesn't have to be blindingly fast, and can be
in C, PASCAL, FORTRAN, LISP, or MACRO for all I care.
