File Transfer Software: UNIX/MS-DOS

I need to interface an ET-2000 multifunction workstation (Burroughs)
with a DEC VAX machine.  The VAX is operating under UNIX (Version 4.2).
The ET is operating under MS-DOS.

I am interested in exchanging files between the VAX and the ET.

Does anyone know of any software that I can acquire for either or
both of the machines to satisfy my needs?
