[n/t]roff Index macros

	Does any have, or know of, indexing macros for (n/t)roff?  I
    am trying to write a large document which needs an index.
    Unfortunately, instead of using TeX, I am using the 'mm' package.
    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
