UNIX Source???

Does anyone out there know about  a document published by the
University of South Wales which has UNIX source code for version six
complete with extensive documentation and comments??? I believe the
author's name is Lyon(s).


Any info would be greatly appreciated. Please reply by mail as I am not a
regular subscriber of net.unix......
