UNIX driver for IEEE controller

We are looking for a driver for a DEC IEC-11-CA IEEE board with IEC-11-A and
IEC-11-B controllers that will run on a VAX730 under BSD 4.2. Does anyone know
of such a driver package or a close (modifiable) match that we could obtain.
