UNIX vs. VMS speed

How about someone (or a group) take on the task of preparing the definitive
document comparing UNIX and VMS.  Collect all the arguments made so far
and make the best cases for both sides.  Then let's figure out a way to
keep it around (like in net.announce.newusers) and update it periodically.
