Need L.sys file to dial Hayes modem

          Hello all.   Does anyone out there have a L.sys file for UniPlus+
     UN*X,  which is a combination of Version III and some 4.3BSD, to  dial
     a Hayes modem?

          In particular,  I  have  a  port allocated to dial out on a Hayes
     modem  at 1200 baud.   I've  tried  just  about  all  combinations  of
     expect-send sequences,  as well as expect-send-expect sequences, to no
     avail.
