4.3 release?

At USENIX we were 'promised' some info onthe release of 4.3 - but I never
heard a word about it.  Maybe I was in the wrong sessions.  Or, maybe I just
was in the wrong place at the wrong time.  Did anyone hear anything?  Does
anyone have an estimate?  I called U.C.B. and got a "sometime this summer?"
