A lex question

I'm in the process of trying to learn something about lex and yacc.
After typing in a lex demonstration program from "The UNIX Operating System"
by Kaare Christian (Hi Kaare!), compiling it revealed the symbol 'yywrap'
to be undefined. Why did this happen? How do i fix this problem? (Correctly,
of course. No kludges)
I guess I should mention that I work on a PDP-11/44 running
2.9BSD.
