There's Unix-based bulletin board system operated by AT&T (+1 201 522
6900, user "guest"), called something like the AT&T Software Toolchest.
You can peruse descriptions and prices of all kinds of tools.  If you
want any, you leave a message and they send you a contract you sign
and return with a $100 signup fee.  Then you can download the freebies
(like getopt) and order the non-freebies.  As I recall, ksh was $2000
for source code.
