need training courseware for UNIX sys admin

A small training outfit I know needs course materials for a UNIX systems
administration course.  Either SysV or Berkeley is OK.  They don't need
pointers to commercial courses, just the teaching materials (overheads,
problem sets, etc).  If you want to teach such a course, we may be able to
