AT&T Link Provider Interface protocol question

Hi there!

I am working in a project that requires use of the AT&T Link Provider 
Interface protocol.  I don't have a good idea of where I can find 
information on the specification of this STREAMS protocol.  Could
anyone point me in the right direction?.  Thanks.
