INFO02: Two questions, and a repeat offer

Sorry to use this group for something other then sources, but
a couple of semi-important things have come up.

1.  Would Jim Thompson please get in touch with me again; I
    lost all reference (lousy way to treat an archive site...)

2.  Has anyone had problems unpacking part 12 of ELM?  Send mail
    to mirror!sources-request; if I get "enough" responses, I'll
    repost.

3.  Laser-printed copies of the ELM documentation are available.
    Send your US mail address to Dave Taylor (hplabs!taylor),
    and he will either send it out, or point you to the nearest
    regional redistributor.  Those in the northeastern part of
    the continent can contact me.  (Redistributors will be
    forwarding all names to Dave so he can try to maintain a
    list of ELM users.)

Again, sorry about this posting; if anyone knows of a better way
to get this kind of stuff out, please let me know.
