status of balrog

It has been a considerable length of time since balrog has called
ethos to pick up news.  I have somehow misplaced the owner's
voice number and login name, and the site is not listed in the
latest uucp maps.

Does anyone know if balrog is defunct?  If not, could someone
send me a voice number where I can contact the
administrator/owner and see what the connectivity problems are?
