Mark,
You're out of luck with most terminal emulators and <any>
kind of pc lan. The reason is most developers didn't
layer their products carefully and <most> Terminal Emulators
go right down onto the hardware (async port card) and tickle the
registers. All in the name of performance, probably.
The ATT 4010 terminal emulator is one of the few
specifically designed to work in a multi-network environment,
ie COM1 or COM2 plus Starlan.
If you do find one that is advertised to operate over 3-Com,
or Novell, you may be in luck since Starlan uses the standard
MS-DOS interrupt. Definately ask for a test drive before you
buy, though.
