Whining 3b1

My 3b1 is starting to develop a whining sound.  This problem was
brought up a little while ago, but I wasn't paying much attention as
it didn't seem to apply to me.  I recall that bending something or
another on the disk was supposed to fix the problem.  Anyone who
knows, please send me E-mail (please don't waste bandwidth
rehashing this over the net).
