If you really want to lock it at 9600 set S51=255. You can run it at 19200
by setting it to 254. Somebody on the net discovered this undocumented
feature a while back, gawd, I'm glad he did!
I heard a lot of noise about how the 3b1's tty ports couldnt do 19.2K,
they were wrong... My news feeds usually run between 1000-1300 chars/sec
now but it did go over 1500 once.
