There was a program called unc posted to the net some time back that
handled Unisoft 68000 binaries (not COFF) fairly well.  It could actually
disassemble 80K binaries automatically -- the result could then be reassembled
and run with no additional work.

Might be a good starting point for what you want (I want it too but haven't
had the time...)
